Abraham was very energetic along with Edward who went above and beyond for us!! Both really helped move things along and it made our lives easier. We take a moment to celebrate Joshua Romo and his life that was cut way too short by senseless gun violence in Chicago. Josh was a dedicated part time driver/stagehand who had been with us since we opened our Chicago shop in 2012. He was a consummate team player, doing what was needed, and more, at all times. Josh is survived by his girlfriend and two children. This is a terrible loss for our entire Drape Kings family.

We are excited to announce that Matthew Monahan will be coming on board as our new production coordinator! He will also be helping us in the scheduling world.
Matthew comes to us with a world of experience in live events. He has worked on various Marvel movies in terms of providing LED blankets, and Lighting Balloons. When not working Matthew enjoys playing bass guitar in his band named Enziguri.
We know Matthew will be a great addition to our NJ team. Please stop by and welcome him into the Kingdom!

We are pleased to announce Jessica Schafer will be joining us as our new Business Development Manager in our DC Branch.
Jessica began her career with experience in event planning for Hyatt hotels. Most recently, she worked as an account manager for a high-end commercial interior design and furniture company. She has a great eye for space and is able to sketch all types of design. With her great energy, past experience and Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Special Events, we believe she will be an incredible asset to our DC location.
When not working, Jessica enjoys spending time in her hometown of Baltimore with her family and dog, Chance. She’s hoping that Chance will get to meet everyone soon! She (and Chance) will fit perfectly into our Kingdom.
