NJ Color HP 5500 Printer Status and Backup Color Lexmark C543 Printer

To: DKNJ Staff

Due to a broken gear in Tray 2, the Color HP 5500 printer in the PIT can only print in letter (8×11) size paper using Tray 3.  Please do not print tabloid size (11×17) pages until it is repaired.

Also, to automatically add the backup Color Lexmark C543 printer (near Accounting) to your computer, simply logoff then log back on – we have modified your computer login script.

This printer is meant to be the backup color printer if and when the primary HP 5500 printer, in the PIT, is out of order.

If you have trouble adding this printer to your printer list, please send us an email to: techsupport@drapekings.com

Lastly, if you require toner replacement of a printer, please notify us at techsupport@drapekings.com

“Drape Kings are the best. We had an important Church event Sunday 10/11/2015 and I was searching for a company that can accommodate us. We were about to give up looking until we stumbled on Drape Kings. I called them and Alyssia and Melissa worked with me. They were very professional and accommodating. When we received the drapes, it was high quality and elegant. When we put them up, by the time of the event, the congregation was floored… they went bananas over the drapes. The Pastor of the Church saw them and said “Incredible!” They Love It!!! They loved it so much they want to keep it because the drapes made the church look elegant, and made us look real good. The guest visitors that came were also impressed. Thank you Drape King. You guys are Awesome! I highly recommend Drape Kings!”

More fantastic testimonials for our DK’s & Ladies of the Pit!

Hi Melissa,
Suli and his guys were and are just wonderful in every sense of the word.
As always seems to happen at Pier 36, we get into the space and along with everything else that’s going on, we end up detaining your guys who’s schedule is impeded by other factions who are setting up simultaneously.
The two who were generous to stay with us until about 5:30 or so, God help them!, were sweethearts, and never faultered – constantly accommodating the needs of others and then finally having to move the two 6′ black panels up forward to hide a huge mess of electrical wires and containers (r-e-a-l-l-y??) left in the side “alleys” leading to the final back of house.

Your drapes were lovely, as always, and the event was a huge success. Working with you and Drape Kings is just terrific, and we’ll be back for the next.
