We will restart the DKNJ-NX server to finalize the installation of Quickbooks on the terminal server.  All remote users from DC and CH, please logoff by 9:00pm for 30 mins.  You may log back once the restart has completed.

NJ Internet Service Issues

*** Update: as of noon, today, 11/20, Optimum services are back up.  Please check back on this post for further updates. ***

*** Update: as of 9:10am, today, 11/20, Optimum services are down.  ***

*** Update: as of 3:00pm, Optimum services are back to normal. ***

*** Update: as of 11:15am, Optimum is still working on this issue.  Connection will be in/out.  NJ will manually connect to the backup line until service is normalized. ***

*** Update: as of 10:00am this morning, our internet services in NJ are normalized.  ***

Notice:
We are currently experiencing intermittent Internet interruptions at our NJ office with Optimum Online.
This affects remote access to HireTrack NX via VPN from DC and Chicago, as well as, direct extension calling to and from DC and CH.
Inbound and outbound calls to NJ are normal.

Windows Update and Outlook Issues

We have disabled automatic Windows update for all computers connected to our domain / network.

Some users, this morning, after performing Windows update are experiencing Outlook problems.

Please do not perform Windows update on your computers until we identify and resolve the cause of this issue.
