Al,
Words can’t explain how grateful and appreciative I am for you and your entire team. I gave you a picture and a vision from a client and not knowing what to expect you guys blew our minds.

Al I cant thank you enough for responding to all my emails and even coming up here to walk the space with me. Your patience and kindness is grately appreciated.I look forward to doing business again with you and your entire team.

 Thank you for reaching out. I would like to express my sincerest appreciation to your team and their efforts.
 First of all, from a sales side, Al made miracles happen. Truly. I requested things over the weekend, late at night, early in the morning etc. etc. and give him extremely tight turnaround times to get me pricing and confirm availability. He made everything happen with grace and speed. The key to success on this program was getting back to the client quickly with pricing so that I could get it approved by event start time. And without Al’s efforts this entire event would not have been possible.

The operations team were on point as well. We had a diagram and plan but, of course, we can plan as much as possible, but things change and pop up during the day. The team was understanding and rolled with the punches. They tolerated my changes and it means a lot to me.

Overall, your team made me look good. Which is our goal as the 3^rd party planner. My vendor partners are a direct reflection on me and CSI. I am proud to use your team as the sales experience, product provided and operations team are exceptional.
