This year Drape Kings will once again enact the “Flex Holiday” policy for the 2018 Holiday Season.

Full time Employees will be paid for one of the following three dates as part of their PTO /Holiday compensation.

Friday November 23^rd, 2018
Monday December 24^th, 2018
Monday December 31^st, 2018

Request will be processed on a first come first serve basis and must be requested by the employee no later than Nov 9^th, 2018.

Drape Kings will be open on each of these day and Managers are required to staff their departments, based on work load, and daily requirements.

Employees may be scheduled to work one or both remaining dates pending work load and job requirements.

Anyone required by management to work all three dates will be paid 8 hours of Holiday Pay as well as time and half for actual hours worked.

Staff Plans for all three dates are due to HR/ Jeff Bouchard/ Maria Rojas by November 16^th, 2018

Employees may use either Personal or Vacation time on one or both of remaining days with Managers prior approval.

I just wanted to let you know that I have been working with Donna Brown for the past few weeks on a project for Nike and she has been so helpful, responsive and easy to work with. We have had so many changes and she is on top of everything. I really appreciate her! I also worked with Fernando yesterday for the install at our Nike store and he was amazing. So on top of it, professional and great to work with. I just wanted you to know.

Nicole Marin is joining us as our new Administrative Assistant. She will be helping Kelly with all office duties, Vanessa with accounting, Margie in Trade Shows, and anyone else as required. Luckily for us, Nicole has prior experience running an office for an Audio Visual Rental company where she wore many hats. She’s extremely versatile, even offering to drive a van into the city if need be, and she is also trilingual! Let’s extend a warm welcome!
