Date: 4/30/2015 (Thurs) Time: 3:10pm Duration: 10 mins Resolution: Internet routers in NJ and CH were reset to resolve the VPN connectivity issue. This affected inter-company calls with Chicago office. After the reset, VPN connection was re-established.
