The new year begins with exciting new hires joining our Drape Kings team. As we continue to grow, we are adding resources to many areas of the business, striving to find the right balance needed to stay productive and meet our high quality performance standards. 

Please help us welcome Milka Simoes! She will be joining the New Jersey location as our new receptionist.

She will be reporting to Lisa Blohm. In the receptionist role, Milka will be routing calls, greeting visitors and supporting the production department in filing and other special projects. 

Kelly will be training Milka then moving to the Sales & Fabrication administrative assistant role. Dymond will be moving to the Finance team in a billing support role. We are very happy to see many of our dedicated employees have a career path to grow within the company. 

Milka has worked for Sony and UBS, and to top it off has over 15 years of customer service industry experience. In her free time she enjoys yoga, spin classes and Sunday brunching in The City.

Jenna will be joining the New Jersey Team in a newly created role of Shipping and Logistics Manager.

She will be reporting to Frank Guerrero, Director of Sales and working closely with Jill Claps on inbound shipments from overseas sources. 

In the last 16 years, Jenna has been working in the Garment District in Manhattan. She has worked for high-end apparel companies as well as small leather goods accessories manufacturers. 

Jenna brings with her an expertise in data entry, customer service, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, shipping, receiving and much more.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her three daughters as well as learn to cook new cuisines.
