Due to a broken gear in Tray 2, the Color HP 5500 printer in the PIT can only print in letter (8×11) size paper using Tray 3.  Please do not print tabloid size (11×17) pages until it is repaired.

Also, to automatically add the backup Color Lexmark C543 printer (near Accounting) to your computer, simply logoff then log back on – we have modified your computer login script.

This printer is meant to be the backup color printer if and when the primary HP 5500 printer, in the PIT, is out of order.
