We took some time today to eat a great lunch (and waaaaay too many desserts!) together, to celebrate being thankful for each other, our jobs, and all of the people who made this day happen – Dru, Margie, Linda, Miriam, and Kevin!

Its almost time for Friendsgiving!  DK employees spend some time sharing a meal, potluck style! Its a lot of fun reflecting on what we’re thankful for over a delicious meal, with plenty of options for all dietary restrictions. Its safe to say no one leaves hungry!

DRAPE KINGS WELCOMES REN CODA

Please help us welcome Ren Coda! He will be joining the New Jersey location as our Graphic Designer, reporting to Dru Whitacre, CEO/President & Linda Passaro Chief of Staff.  

For over ten years, Ren has worked as a professional Graphic Designer. In his previous role, Ren developed and implemented heightened design practices for Hall & Partners, and with his prior experience as a visual and brand designer, his focus will be to bring a fresh lens to all marketing materials for Drape Kings. His goal is to deliver artistic products that fulfill each of Drape King’s specific needs, and express our desired message through a distinct worldview.

We have now evolved our company to be multi-branded with Drape Kings, AV-Drop and Office Shields our newest addition, so this is an important time to have him join the team.  

In his free time, Ren enjoys playing soccer, reading and expressing himself through photography. 

Please help us welcome Johnny Majano! He will be joining the New Jersey Location as our skilled tradesman, and will be reporting to Chris Williams, Sr. Manager- Technical Operations.

In his previous roles, Johnny has worked as a diagnostics technician for BMW and Mercedes Benz. He has also worked as a construction laborer and has the mechanical aptitude needed to complete many of the varied DK tasks.

Johnny is organized, detail oriented, and a team player. In his free time he enjoys doing CrossFit or going for a run. Please welcome him  into the Kingdom!

DK kicked #NYFW off to a great start! On Friday, we worked with LDJ Productions on a 16’h x 106’w curved white wall used for video projection at the Rag and Bone Fall/Winter 20/21 show. Thanks to Adam for the video and pictures!
